brings more than forty years of pastoral leadership experience to his work in facilitative mediation, structured governance,  conflict resolution and leadership continuity. A seasoned leader and Doctor of Ministry in Ethics, Dr. Smith has guided organizations and leaders through seasons of conflict, transition, and succession with clarity, discretion, and principled structure.  He is the author of Formed, Do Unto Brothers, Sock-Drawer Theology,  If Church and  Every City Needs A Smith. He founded Conroe Church in 1990, where he continues to serve. He and his childhood sweetheart Tracie has been married since 1982.

Dr. Smith conducts mediation both in person and virtually through the privacy and convenience of Zoom.

Zoom provides privacy and the convenience of clients being able to make difficult decisions in  their personal safe space. It also saves the parties the expense and time of commuting and/or reimbursement for mediator travel.
Mediator travel is billed based on the individual uniqueness of the mediation. 

Our services fees are:

Half-Day

$650 per party.
8:30 am - 1 pm
1:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Full-Day
$1,100.00 per party
8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Specialized Services may require additional fee schedule.
