Founder R. Kent Smith
R. Kent Smith brings more than forty years of pastoral leadership experience to his work in structured governance, mediation, and leadership continuity. A seasoned pastor and Doctor of Ministry in Ethics, Dr. Smith has guided organizations and leaders through seasons of conflict, transition, and succession with clarity, discretion, and principled structure. He is the author of Formed, Do Unto Brothers, Sock-Drawer Theology, If Church and Every City Needs A Smith. He founded Conroe Church in 1990, where he continues to serve. He and his childhood sweetheart Tracie has been married since 1982.
